Helping landowners maximise brownfield opportunities

Tried and tested FREE land report on your brownfield site

The Brownfield Reborn report will clearly show you what your land is worth if it was released for much-needed development, providing not only an honest valuation but also the benefit of knowing you are helping play a role in solving some of the biggest issues facing society today.

If you're a factory owner looking to relocate to more modern premises, a founder who has seen his business run its course, or a family that are sitting on a piece of brownfield land left to them, please complete the form opposite to request your FREE report.

Please note: Our reports are currently open for land situated in the Midlands region.

Keon Homes in partnership with Foster Green + Brown

According to a Campaign to Protect Rural England report back in 2022, there was more than 27,000 hectares of brownfield land spread across 23,000 different sites. If made available for build, this would be enough space to accommodate more than 1.2million desperately needed homes.

Just imagine if this actually became reality! It would go a long way to meeting the Government’s 1.5million new housing target released earlier this summer, but, more importantly, it would provide places and communities where people can live and thrive.

We have joined forces with niche residential development consultancy Foster, Green + Brown (FG+B) to launch Brownfield Reborn.

We have a strong track record of unlocking land for housing and will partner with you to provide a free in-depth assessment of your site, covering a range of technical considerations including historic land uses, land designations and high-level planning overviews. Complete the form to start your independent report.
